The Family Planning and Reproductive Health (FP/RH) directorate
of the MOHP focuses on improving access to and quality of
reproductive health services for underserved and high-risk
populations, while also building the institutional capacity of
the commercial and non-governmental sectors to provide such
services. CHL works closely with Egypt's Ministry of Health and
Population (MOHP) at the central, governorate and district
levels to build on almost three decades of United States Agency
for International Development (USAID)-supported progress in the
field of family planning and reproductive health towards the
goal of replacement fertility level (2.1) by 2017. |
